Service and restaurant responsibility

Rawad Khaled Moukheiber operates TexBite as a software provider for participating restaurants. The Service routes customer-initiated WhatsApp orders and provides restaurant-management tools.

The restaurant identified in the WhatsApp business profile, Flow, or order is the seller. It legally accepts and fulfills its orders and is responsible for menu information, food, prices, taxes and fees, cash collection, pickup or delivery, customer service, and any order remedy. Participating restaurants perform or arrange delivery; TexBite does not currently appoint an external delivery company.

Meta and WhatsApp provide independent messaging and platform services. Supabase provides hosted technical infrastructure. They do not operate the restaurants or fulfill customer orders.
